Description

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions during complex transitions from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, focusing on FICO processes and system conversion.
• Design and build business-critical processes including product costing, financial reporting, and controlling.
• Own data migration efforts, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to maintain data integrity.
• Develop and execute test cases to validate financial processes across ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• Analyze business requirements to provide functional guidance aligned with SAP best practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in SAP FICO with a focus on ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
• Deep expertise in SAP FICO modules: AR, AP, GL, Tax, Asset Accounting, Consolidation, FSCM Credit Management, and Bank Account Management.
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing industry costing and controlling processes.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA functionalities, Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and FIORI.
• Strong integration experience with SD, MM, and PP modules.
• Technical proficiency with SAP HANA, ECC, Snowflake, and SAC.
• Experience managing complex cross-system integrations with FP&A systems, SAP RAR, Vertex, Concur, Blackline, and Bloomberg.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certification in FICO and/or S/4HANA.
• Experience with global SAP implementations, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, SAP Data Services, or Migration Cockpit.
