Description

You will lead SAP FICO workstreams for S/4HANA implementations in the construction finance sector.

You will own the design, configuration, and delivery of financial solutions while managing team deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle SAP FICO implementations with a focus on S/4HANA for construction finance.
• Design future-state solutions, functional specifications, and development objects for your process scope.
• Execute configuration, customization, and integration testing, including functional acceptance and integration testing.
• Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) issues and oversee pre-go-live preparation activities.
• Direct offshore functional analysts and ensure team deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of SAP FICO experience with at least one full life cycle implementation.
• Deep knowledge of FI modules including GL, AR, AP, and AA.
• Hands-on experience with CO, specifically Internal Orders and Cost Center Accounting.
• Experience with VIM solutions such as OpenText.
• Proven ability to interface FICO with MM, SD, and external applications.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirement gathering skills.
