Description

Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP FICO solutions for complex business requirements, with a focus on eWM integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and workshop sessions to translate business requirements into functional SAP FICO solutions.
• Own end-to-end delivery, including configuration documentation and traceability matrices.
• Manage and mentor a team of consultants to enhance technical skills and project delivery.
• Direct at least three full-lifecycle implementations, prioritizing greenfield projects.
• Contribute to RFP development and create global assets for practice growth.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of SAP FICO experience.
• 8+ years in a lead role covering AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank interfaces, and EDI.
• Proven experience leading SAP FICO teams through multiple implementations.
• Deep knowledge of cross-module integration with O2C, P2P, eWM, and other SAP modules.
• Expertise in SAP Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and third-party system integration.
• Strong understanding of Statutory Accounting Principles within SAP.
• Ability to recommend appropriate FIORI apps to business stakeholders.
• Experience with RFP generation and practice development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with eWM integration.
