Description

You will lead SAP FICO functional workstreams for full-cycle S/4HANA implementations within the construction finance sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional design, configuration, customization, and integration of FICO modules.
• Direct offshore functional analysts to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
• Manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including functional acceptance, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Execute requirement gathering, gap analysis, and strategic roadmap/blueprint development.
• Coordinate pre-go-live preparations, including training material review and modification.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of SAP FICO experience with at least one completed full life cycle implementation.
• Deep knowledge of FI modules including GL, AR, AP, and AA.
• Hands-on experience with CO, specifically Internal Orders and Cost Center Accounting.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with OpenText VIM solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to interface FICO with MM, SD, and external applications.
• Experience managing integration points and execution sequencing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the construction finance sector.
