Description

Manage SAP FICO application management, configuration, and support while leading team activities and mentoring staff.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and support, including gathering requirements and customizing solutions.
• Drive integration between SAP FICO, SAP SD, Supply Chain Management, and SAP Hybris systems.
• Analyze financial needs and design solutions for general ledger, AP/AR, asset accounting, cost/profit centers, and product costing.
• Manage daily team activities, including coaching, career development, performance management, and hiring.
• Improve operational processes and communicate technical and business solutions to management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total IT experience.
• 5+ years in SAP application management, specifically SAP FICO.
• 5+ years of integration experience with SAP FICO, SAP SD, and Supply Chain Management.
• 3+ years in process improvement for operational support systems.
• 3+ years analyzing financial needs and designing solutions for accounting areas.
• 3+ years communicating technical and business issues to management.
• 2+ years managing Lockbox, Bill Trust, Paymetric, and Vertex systems.
• 2+ years reporting experience on SAC involving predictive models.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with S/4HANA Central Finance reporting and central payments.
• Knowledge of Blackline solution modules (account reconciliation, Task Management, Transaction Matching).
• Familiarity with SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and SAC Planning.
