Description

Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver SAP FICO projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design SAP FICO solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation, support, and optimization.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale SAP FICO projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Experience driving business process improvements.
