Description

Lead end-to-end SAP FICO project lifecycles from planning through execution and closure.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles, including resource allocation, timeline development, and risk mitigation.
• Configure and customize SAP FI and CO modules based on gathered business requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration between FICO and other SAP modules such as MM and SD.
• Validate system testing to ensure compliance with GAAP and US tax regulations.
• Mentor finance staff and develop user documentation for post-implementation support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing SAP FICO implementation projects.
• Deep expertise in SAP FICO modules.
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Strong understanding of US tax regulations, including sales and property tax.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder communications and expectations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
• CPA or equivalent certification.
• PMP certification.
