Description

Lead quality assurance and production support for SAP FICO and R2R modules.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support for SAP FICO/R2R modules and monitor ticketing systems for timely resolution.
• Lead the implementation, build-out, and expansion of automated testing tools and coordinate large-scale platform testing.
• Execute manual and automated tests, document results, and manage defect troubleshooting and reporting.
• Coordinate testing programs with project teams and manage the work of third-party QA teams.
• Participate in requirements gathering sessions and offer SAP best practice solutions to meet business objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in testing and solution design, development, implementation, and support of SAP FICO and R2R modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Ariba, Vertex, and ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in testing tools including HP ALM, Tosca, or similar frameworks like TFS/UFT.
• Understanding of programming languages such as ABAP, Java, C#, Perl, or Python.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience managing test data requirements and maintaining test data sets.
• Ability to track and report quality metrics including defect counts and test status.
• Bachelor's degree.
