Description

Manage planning, preparation, and execution of system and business cutover activities for I-ERP.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Gantt charts, deployment plans, system refresh plans, and integration activities.
• Coordinate cross-team preparation for build, load, and validation activities.
• Support cutover execution including daily status reporting, data validation, and defect management.
• Coordinate activities between system integrators, SAP functional and technical experts, and legacy teams.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and track completion of individual cutover tasks and milestone charts.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience with at least 10 years in SAP.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Finance, Controlling, and Taxation.
• Direct experience with SAP COPAs module.
• Proven track record in 2-4 implementations involving both S/4HANA and ECC.
• Experience in AMS environments.
• Proficiency in SAP Transport Management and ChaRM.
• Strong project management skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Ability to manage dependencies across multiple systems to ensure delivery.
• Experience managing customer expectations independently.

Preferred Skills

• S/4HANA Certification.
• Implementation experience with Discrete and Repetitive Manufacturing scenarios or Automobile industry.
• Experience with Automated DM, testing tools, or EML.
