Description

You will lead the end-to-end migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA with a focus on FICO processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the migration strategy, including system conversion and new implementations.
• Configure and implement FICO modules, specifically Product Costing (CO-PC) and Cost Object Controlling (CO-OM).
• Own data migration efforts, managing ETL processes and validating financial data for accuracy and compliance.
• Optimize financial processes to align with S/4HANA capabilities, reconfiguring AR, AP, GL, asset accounting, and tax.
• Ensure seamless integration between FICO and SD, MM, and PP modules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO environments.
• Deep expertise in SAP FICO modules: AR, AP, GL, tax, asset accounting, consolidation, FSCM Credit Management, and Bank Account Management.
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA functionalities, including Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and FIORI.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA migrations.
• Advanced understanding of manufacturing industry costing and controlling processes.
• Experience managing ETL processes for financial and controlling data.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional processes and stakeholder requirements.
• Proven ability to integrate FICO with SD, MM, and PP modules.
