Description

Lead SAP FICO implementation, maintenance, and enhancement to optimize financial management and reporting.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream activities and full life-cycle implementation projects from Blueprint through Go-Live.
• Execute detailed module-specific configuration and master data development.
• Write functional specifications independently and manage custom solutions from scratch to deployment.
• Conduct end-to-end testing, including the preparation of test scripts and results.
• Manage month-end close activities for P&L and Balance Sheets.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in SAP modules with at least two full life-cycle implementations.
• Expertise in SAP FICO configuration: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, CO-PA, and Cash Accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Project System (PS) module, including WBS elements, budget allocation, and settlement to AUC/Main Assets.
• Strong integration knowledge between FICO and MM, SD, and other modules.
• Proficiency in SAP Activate Methodology.
• Technical knowledge of validations, substitutions, GST configurations, and asset depreciation.
• Ability to suggest SAP standard alternatives for new business requirements.
• Experience managing internal orders, budget control checks, and WIP concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• SAP FICO certification.
