Description

Lead the architecture and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Record to Report processes and financial transformations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design S/4HANA R2R processes, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and Intercompany Accounting.
• Drive three or more full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations as the FICO lead using SAP Activate methodology.
• Manage integration between SAP FICO and MM, SD, Treasury, and Taxation modules.
• Oversee data migration, validation, and reconciliation for financial transactions and master data.
• Execute financial data exchange using SAP BTP, APIs, and middleware including CPI, PI/PO, IDocs, and BAPIs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP experience with at least 5+ years specifically in SAP S/4HANA FICO and R2R.
• CA or ICWA qualification is required.
• Proven track record leading at least three end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations.
• Deep expertise in GL, AP, AR, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Asset Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Group Reporting, Financial Consolidation, and Central Finance.
• Experience with SAP Treasury, Taxation, and Intercompany Accounting.
• Proficiency in SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and financial workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP BTP, and APIs.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA FICO certification.
