Description

Lead end-to-end architecture and service delivery for SAP solutions within a complex enterprise ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and define solutions for customer RFPs, including oral presentations.
• Develop HANA migration strategies aligned with business goals.
• Own high-level design choices and dictate technical standards for software and platforms.
• Collaborate with SAP CoE and Global Process Owners to define the ecosystem roadmap.
• Integrate SAP with non-SAP technologies and support application rationalization.

Required Skills

• 5+ full lifecycle deployments in SAP ECC.
• 1+ full lifecycle deployment in S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA 1909.
• Functional expertise in SAP Finance and Supply Chain modules.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise-wide implementations involving people, process, and technology changes.
• Strong ability to connect SAP and non-SAP technology integrations.
• Experience working in hybrid models across multiple countries.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to coach and advise junior team members.
• Experience working across cross-functional, international teams.
