Description

Define and lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance solution architecture for banking and financial services clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core Finance processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, and COPA.
• Architect global Chart of Accounts, organizational structures, ledgers, and reporting frameworks aligned with regulatory and business requirements.
• Lead all phases of SAP implementation lifecycle from client assessment and design through build, SIT/UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
• Define and execute finance data migration strategies, managing GL balances, open items, asset data, and master data with full audit compliance.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives for multi-entity banking structures, regulatory reporting, and treasury & cash management.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience with proven end-to-end implementation delivery.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance modules and configuration.
• Strong domain knowledge of banking and financial services finance processes.
• Experience in SAP ledger modernization and target operating model design.
• Proficiency in fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, and functional specification writing.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and lead large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Group Reporting and complex intercompany accounting structures.
• Background in regulatory reporting frameworks for financial institutions.
