Responsibilities

• Mentor less experienced team members to support technical growth.
• Collaborate with technical staff and business users to resolve software issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO.
• Proven ability to provide application design and documentation.
• Experience leading complex, high-impact IT projects.
• Strong debugging and testing skills for software enhancements.
• Ability to advise senior IT staff and leadership.
