Description

Provide SAP FICO support in an AMS environment, focusing on incident resolution and system stability.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents following ITSM processes and meeting established SLAs.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Lockbox, FSCM Dispute Management, and S/4HANA.
• Manage electronic bank statement interfaces and IDOC integrations.
• Support integration points across SD, MM, Product Costing, and COPA.
• Participate in weekend on-call support rotations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA.
• Deep knowledge of Lockbox and FSCM Dispute Management.
• Experience with electronic bank statement interfaces and IDOC integration.
• Functional understanding of SD, MM, Product Costing, and COPA integration.
• Proven experience in SAP AMS environments.
• Practical knowledge of Incident Management, SLA, and ITSM processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.
• Graduate degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• ABAP debugging skills.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
