Description

Lead design, configuration, and integration of SAP RAR, SD, and FI/CO modules in a global environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure business processes within RAR, SD, and FI/CO to align with industry best practices.
• Manage full life cycle implementations, including RAR migrations and integration with BRIM.
• Support core finance processes across R2R, P2P, O2C, and Tax workstreams.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver detailed technical designs and project requirements.
• Communicate technical requirements, functional specifications, and management-level proposals effectively.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of SAP FI/CO implementation experience with at least one full cycle implementation.
• 3+ years of SAP RAR experience specializing in design, configuration, and integration with FI, SD, and/or BRIM.
• Two full life cycle implementations of the SAP RAR module, including migration experience.
• Deep understanding of order-to-cash processes, SD/FICO integration, BRIM, IFRS 16, COPPA, and Revenue Recognition.
• Experience with standard taxes including VAT and GST for Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.
• Strong knowledge of BRF+.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with S/4 HANA.
• Background in high tech or software industries.
• CPA, MBA, or accounting-focused education.
