You will lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of SAP FSM solutions for Aerospace & Defense or Government sectors.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FSM solution architecture aligned with industry-specific business requirements and regulatory standards.
• Design field service workflows including work order lifecycles, technician scheduling, preventive maintenance, and service parts logistics.
• Architect scalable integrations between SAP FSM and core S/4HANA modules (SD, MM, PM, PS, CS, EWM).
• Configure core functionalities such as dynamic scheduling, route optimization, work order processing, and time tracking.
• Direct data migration for installed base information, warranty details, and historical service records.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in SAP environments.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM).
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Service Management (SM) and/or SAP Customer Service (CS).
• Mandatory background working within Aerospace & Defense (A&D) or Government industries.
• Experience designing integrations between SAP FSM, SAP Service Cloud, and S/4HANA.
• Ability to implement SAP BTP for service analytics and mobility solutions.
• Knowledge of service contract management, warranty tracking, and SLA adherence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP CPQ integrations.
