Description

You will lead end-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementations, managing requirements, configuration, integrations, and post-go-live support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Fieldglass modules including Contingent Labor, SOW, Services Procurement, and Worker Profile.
• Design and implement complex workflows, approvals, and business rules.
• Lead integrations connecting Fieldglass with SAP S/4, Workday, and Payroll systems.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Fieldglass APIs and web services.
• Build custom reports and dashboards, and troubleshoot testing cycles.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in SAP Fieldglass Implementation Leadership.
• 8+ years configuring Fieldglass Modules.
• 8+ years in Workflow and Business Rule Design.
• 8+ years integrating with SAP S/4, Workday, and Payroll.
• 5+ years developing using API and Web Services.
• 5+ years focused on Reporting and Analytics.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4 and API/Web Services Development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP implementation and Fieldglass consulting.
