Description

You will lead SAP Fieldglass implementation and rollout projects within a Source-to-Pay framework.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage Fieldglass CWM, SOW, and WP process configuration.
• Integrate SAP Fieldglass with SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP ECC.
• Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Solve complex technical problems and determine optimal system solutions.
• Manage the defect life cycle using JIRA to ensure high-quality delivery.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation or rollout projects.
• Expertise in Fieldglass CWM, SOW, and WP processes.
• Proven experience with Source-to-Pay workflows.
• Hands-on integration experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP Ariba.
• Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency in using JIRA for defect management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently with minimal assistance.
• Effective stakeholder communication and active listening skills.
• Must be a Brazilian citizen.
