Description

You lead SAP Fieldglass implementations and functional design for client projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client workshops to define business requirements and system needs.
• Lead requirement gathering and prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD).
• Execute system configuration and develop functional specifications for custom functionalities.
• Create testing scenarios, test scripts, and manage cutover strategies.
• Provide post Go-Live support and issue resolution to ensure project delivery.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience specifically within the SAP Fieldglass module.
• Hands-on expertise in Profile Worker, Service Procurement, Contingent Workforce Management, and Assignment Management.
• Proven track record of completing 3 to 5 end-to-end implementation projects in client-facing roles.
• Strong ability to draft FDD and technical documentation.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Demonstrated team handling and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SAP Fieldglass integrations, SAP ECC, or SAP Ariba.
