Description

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the SAP Fieldglass suite to meet specific customer business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead business discovery and design workshops to analyze processes and recommend best practice solutions.
• Configure the SAP Fieldglass suite for initial deployments, expansions, or system enhancements.
• Manage one-time data imports, including field mapping and data quality activities.
• Execute testing activities and respond to customer change requests to ensure desired business outcomes.
• Monitor project timelines and milestones to prevent delivery slippage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with hands-on SAP Fieldglass implementation.
• Proficiency in SQL, XML, and Visual Basic.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical aptitude.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements and self-manage tasks.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to travel between 10% and 60%.
• Any Graduate degree or equivalent work experience.
