Description

Lead full-lifecycle SAP Fieldglass implementations from initiation through post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation process, defining project scope, goals, and requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure all milestones and deliverables are met.
• Lead and manage a team of project coordinators and analysts to ensure successful delivery.
• Mitigate project risks and resolve issues to keep projects within budget and on schedule.
• Communicate project status and updates regularly to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience.
• Deep expertise in SAP Fieldglass with extensive hands-on implementation experience.
• Proven track record of at least 3 successful SAP Fieldglass deployments, ideally at a global scale.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional project teams.
• Strong organizational and resource management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to proactively address project dynamics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the Life Sciences industry.
