Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and integration of SAP Fieldglass solutions to meet complex business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement deployment strategies for new Fieldglass features and configurations.
• Design and implement complex integrations between Fieldglass and the SAP ecosystem, including S/4HANA and SuccessFactors, as well as external Finance and HR systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution roadmaps and capture requirements through structured workshops.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Fieldglass functionality, providing guidance on process optimization and troubleshooting.
• Create technical documentation and conduct training sessions to ensure user adoption and best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass, covering requirements gathering, process design, and deployment.
• Deep understanding of SAP Fieldglass system architecture, capabilities, and functionality.
• Proven experience designing integrations using APIs and managing relevant data models.
• Technical proficiency with SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Expertise in business process mapping and translating business needs into functional configurations.
• Experience managing Fieldglass implementations and leading teams through complex deployments.
• Knowledge of the VMS market, including Beeline, Wand, and PRO Unlimited.
• Ability to troubleshoot application gaps and implement technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with change management teams during post-go-live phases.
• Strategic understanding of external workforce management and contingent labor trends.
