You will provide L2 and L3 support for SAP FICO to resolve end-user issues and implement minor enhancements.
Responsibilities
Provide L2 and L3 support for SAP FICO, including debugging and implementing changes.
Test and implement SAP Finance products and services.
Manage the full lifecycle of problems, including documentation and knowledge base creation.
Resolve production finance issues within the SAP Estate.
Execute Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management aligned with ITIL.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in operational support.
Deep knowledge of SAP FI modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
Expertise in SAP CO modules: Cost Element Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, Activity-Based Costing, Product Cost Controlling, and Profitability Analysis.
Technical expertise in SAP FICO solutions within a SAP Fiori-based landscape.
Hands-on experience with SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR), including revenue recognition and contract management.
Experience with SAP Group Reporting (GR) functionalities, such as group accounting and consolidation.
Proficiency in ITIL processes.
Ability to ensure system performance across the SAP Estate.
Preferred Skills
SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP FICO.
Experience with ServiceNow or Jira as a backend user.
Understanding of financial accounting principles, financial statements, and management accounting.
Experience with Waterfall and Agile development practices.
