Description

You provide L2 and L3 support for SAP FICCO within a SAP Fiori-based landscape.

Responsibilities

• Resolve end-user issues and support production finance troubleshooting within the SAP Estate.
• Debug and implement changes, minor enhancements, and updates to SAP Finance products.
• Manage the full lifecycle of problems, including documentation and knowledge base creation.
• Execute Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management aligned with ITIL frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in operational support for SAP FICCO.
• Deep knowledge of SAP FI modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
• Expertise in SAP CO modules: Cost Element Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, Activity-Based Costing, Product Cost Controlling, and Profitability Analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR), covering revenue recognition, contract management, and reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP Group Reporting (GR) including group accounting and consolidation.
• Technical expertise in maintaining system performance within a SAP Fiori landscape.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP FICCO.
• Experience using ServiceNow or Jira as a backend user.
• Knowledge of financial accounting principles, financial statements, and management accounting.
