Description

Lead the design and implementation of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions to drive costing transformation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Advise top management and the CFO on finance and costing transformation strategies.
• Own the independent implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Controlling, including Overhead, Product Costing, Actual Costing, and Inventory Valuation.
• Lead solution discussions with customers, partners, and internal teams to drive implementation to conclusion.
• Develop SAP roadmaps and deployment strategies for S/4 HANA Finance and Controlling across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Perform feasibility assessments for large-scale organizations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO and delivering SAP Finance programs as a Solution Architect or SME.
• Experience with at least 4-5 full life cycle implementations of S/4 HANA and ECC.
• Deep expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling solutions and business transformations.
• Ability to map complex business requirements to optimal technical SAP solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of Controlling modules and diverse industry processes.
• Proven ability to solve complex business and process problems in global environments.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting certification (latest release).
