Lead SAP Finance and Controlling transformations for global clients, overseeing solution architecture and team delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Tax.
• Manage cross-functional teams to reengineer business processes and migrate clients to new instances.
• Collaborate with CFO teams to support advanced finance close, central finance, group reporting, and cash management initiatives.
• Drive transformation projects using design thinking and integrate new age technologies like robotics and machine learning.
• Coordinate global rollouts, ensuring alignment between IT, business, and stakeholder requirements.

Required Skills

• 12-15+ years of SAP consulting experience in Finance & Controlling.
• Deep expertise in S/4HANA Finance modules and data modelling.
• Professional qualification as Chartered Accountant, CMA, or MBA in Finance.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and local GAAP for multiple countries.
• Knowledge of VAT, Sales Tax, and financial supply chain management (BCM, TRM).
• Experience with OTR configuration and P2P process integration.
• Proficiency in analytics, governance, and infrastructure aspects of finance transformations.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of AI, machine learning, and robotics in finance contexts.
• Experience with design thinking methods for process re-imagination.
