Key Responsibilities

Lead the configuration, support, and optimization of SAP ECC Finance (FI/CO) modules.

Provide expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, Controlling, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues while ensuring minimal business disruption.

Support end-to-end financial processes including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), reconciliations, and financial close activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage integrations between SAP Finance, MM, SD, and external systems.

Coordinate and oversee system enhancements, testing activities, deployments, and change management initiatives.

Work closely with technical teams on ABAP developments, interfaces, APIs, IDocs, middleware integrations, payment processing, and banking solutions.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to improve system reliability and performance.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to onsite and offshore support teams.

Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

Extensive hands-on experience with SAP ECC Finance (FI/CO) configuration and support.

Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.

Proven experience supporting and maintaining SAP environments in production and AMS settings.

Experience with SAP integrations, including MM, SD, and external applications.

Working knowledge of ABAP, IDocs, APIs, middleware technologies, payment files, and banking interfaces.

Strong understanding of financial business processes, month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting requirements.

Experience managing incident resolution, testing, deployments, and system enhancements.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading SAP Finance support teams in large enterprise environments.

Prior experience working with global delivery models and offshore support teams.

SAP Finance-related certifications are a plus.

Experience participating in finance transformation, optimization, or system improvement initiatives
