Job Summary

We are seeking a SAP Finance Senior Analyst with strong expertise in SAP FI to support, enhance, and optimize financial processes and systems. This role partners closely with Finance and IT stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, process efficiency, and successful SAP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support and enhance SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA)

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions

Lead financial process improvements and system optimization initiatives

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Troubleshoot SAP finance issues and coordinate with technical teams

Participate in SAP upgrades, integrations, and S/4HANA initiatives

Create functional specifications, documentation, and user training

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FI)

Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance preferred

Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)

Experience working with business and technical stakeholders

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

SAP FI or S/4HANA Finance certification

Experience with CO, Group Reporting, or Central Finance

Prior experience in manufacturing, retail, or services industries
