Description

Own the SAP S/4HANA Finance application lifecycle and lead digital transformation initiatives for the Finance business unit.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of digital transformation initiatives aligned to Finance objectives.
• Own the SAP S/4HANA Finance application lifecycle, including implementation, enhancements, and support.
• Lead incident and problem management, including root cause analysis, and monitor system health.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA upgrades (RISE model) and identify process improvement opportunities.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP Finance experience (FI/CO, AP/AR, Asset Accounting).
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and support.
• Deep understanding of Finance processes and SAP integrations.
• Experience in incident/problem management and application lifecycle management.
• Experience with SOX / ITGC compliance controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong stakeholder communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
• Experience in manufacturing or regulated industries (chemical preferred).
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BPC, or TOGAF.
