Description

You will serve as the technical and functional lead for SAP FS-RI implementations and process optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and recommend FS-RI solutions to meet strategic objectives.
• Perform functional analysis on new requirements and change requests.
• Write detailed functional specifications based on identified business needs.
• Collaborate with other SAP Insurance module teams to define and explain system solutions.
• Lead technical and multi-functional teams to prioritize work and drive development.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP FS-RI.
• Deep understanding of FS-RI functional processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional technical teams.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior consultants.
• Capacity for both domestic and international travel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
