Design and support business solutions focused on process efficiency and accurate financial reporting within the insurance sector.
Responsibilities
Solicit, document, and secure sign-off on business requirements from technical accounting, treasury, tax, investments, and financial accounting functions.
Act as the primary liaison between finance stakeholders and SAP development, configuration, and quality assurance teams.
Organize the creation and execution of UAT test case inventories, coordinating testing schedules with functional users.
Maintain deep functional knowledge of the Collections and Disbursements (CD) module, including broker reports, payment processing, account maintenance, installment plans, and autoclearing.
Manage interfacing data requirements for the CD module and support the implementation of approved designs.
Required Skills
7+ years of experience implementing SAP financial applications, specifically the Collections and Disbursement (CD) module and its sub-components.
4+ years of experience within the insurance industry.
In-depth knowledge of SAP S4/HANA GL and its functional differences from ECC.
Proficiency in SAP, FSCD, S4/HANA, and ECC.
Proven ability to facilitate requirement gathering with cross-functional working groups in virtual environments.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Strong business acumen to translate user needs into technical requirements.
Preferred Skills
Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems Management.
