Description

You will manage the implementation and configuration of SAP S/4 Field Service Management processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full lifecycle implementation including business process blueprinting, detailed design, configuration, testing, and support.
• Configure Master Data and Administration Function Settings.
• Manage service call alerts, service assignments, and customer self-service configurations.
• Handle system integrations and develop reporting solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4 Field Service Management (FSM) on S/4 HANA.
• Proven experience in Master Data Configuration.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA processes.
• Experience with service assignment and alert management.
• Ability to work onsite in Oklahoma City every alternate week.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
