Description

You will implement and support SAP S/4 Field Service Management processes on S/4 HANA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full implementation lifecycles, including business process blueprinting, detailed design, configuration, testing, and support.
• Configure Master Data and Administration Function Settings.
• Manage service calls, alerts, and service assignments.
• Set up customer self-service configurations and system integrations.
• Develop and manage reporting requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SAP S/4 Field Service Management processes on S/4 HANA.
• Hands-on experience with Master Data Configuration.
• Proficiency in Administration Function Settings.
• Experience managing Service Assignment and Service Call alerts.
• Knowledge of customer self-service configuration.
• Experience with system integration and reporting.

• Any Graduate degree.
