Description

You will support and enhance the ERP platform by translating business needs into functional requirements for SCM, SD, and FICO modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP SCM (MM/WM), SD, and FI modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams on system enhancements, integrations, and data migrations.
• Execute testing for configurations, system refreshes, upgrades, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user training and documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP functional or techno-analyst roles.
• Deep knowledge of SAP SCM, SD, and FI/CO modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP configuration and system support.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.
• Proven ability to manage billing inquiries, suggestions, and complaints.
• Ability to work in a structured manner and multitask across cross-functional teams.
• Any Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
