Description

Provide functional expertise and technical support for SAP Enterprise Asset Management within a utilities environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure functional solutions for SAP plant maintenance and customer service modules.
• Execute utilities-specific solution designs for complex, interdependent work tasks.
• Provide production support using ITIL practices for incident, change, and problem management.
• Maintain application configuration parameters and all related system documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with SAP plant maintenance and customer service modules.
• Hands-on experience in functional design and configuration with SAP Enterprise Asset Management.
• Extensive experience in implementation or support within the Utilities Industry.
• Experience integrating utilities workflows with Asset Investment, EAM, Scheduling, Mobility, Graphical Work, and/or GIS applications.
• Knowledge of EAM solutions including SAP, Spatial Asset Management, Asset Performance Management, and Ventyx (Hitachi).
• Familiarity with handheld wireless devices, RFID, and ESRI Spatial solutions.
• Proficiency in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of IT principles, methods, and practices specific to the utility sector.
• Experience with quality assurance principles, testing requirements, and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with information and data management.
