Description

You will own the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle within SAP S/4HANA, with a primary focus on Vendor Invoice Management (VIM). You bridge business requirements and system configuration, ensuring accurate data flows and robust testing coverage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes for vendor invoicing and P2P workflows.
• Lead unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts.
• Develop comprehensive test scenarios, scripts, and supporting documentation.
• Identify gaps and risks in testing processes and propose actionable solutions.
• Utilize SAP query tools to extract, analyze, and validate transaction data.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with SAP S/4HANA.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
• Proven ability to create and execute complex test scenarios and cases.
• Strong analytical skills to identify process inconsistencies and gaps.
• Experience using SAP query and reporting tools for data validation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to trace and validate transactions across SAP systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with EDI processing within SAP and system integrations.
