Description

You will lead end-to-end solution design for SAP functional areas, aligning technical delivery with enterprise architecture and business roadmaps.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for SAP functional domains, managing dependencies across upstream and downstream systems.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define solution options, impacts, and architectural constraints.
• Provide expert guidance through requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and cutover planning.
• Monitor SAP releases and patches to proactively address impacts on the existing environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP functional domains.
• 5+ years in a solution architect or lead functional designer role.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes including Finance, Procurement, and Grant Management.
• Solid exposure to SAP Funds Management (FM) and Public Sector Management processes.
• Experience managing complex system landscapes with multiple integrations and parallel projects.
• Knowledge of SAP roadmap, release management, and upgrade impacts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions for senior stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments.
• SAP Certification in Financials, Funds Management, or Public Sector Management.
• Prior experience with NGOs, international organizations, or public sector clients.
