Description

Lead SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementations and manage integrations across the HCM suite.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end SuccessFactors LMS implementations and module configurations.
• Manage data migration activities between SAP HCM on-premises and SuccessFactors cloud applications.
• Configure Foundation Objects, MDF objects, rules, and workflows.
• Integrate LMS with other SuccessFactors modules and manage EC with PMGM configurations.
• Apply SAP Activate and Agile methodologies to project delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of SAP implementation experience.
• 3 to 5 full LMS implementation lifecycles.
• Deep expertise in SuccessFactors LMS.
• PMGM configuration knowledge.
• SAP HCM on-premises module experience.
• Experience with SAP HCM data migration.
• Proficiency in MDF objects, rules, and workflows.
• Knowledge of HR and learning management processes.
• SuccessFactors HCM experience.

Preferred Skills

• SuccessFactors LMS certification.
• Undergraduate degree in math, computer science, engineering, or an IT-focused discipline.
