You will design, configure, and implement SAP HCM solutions to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM solutions aligned with business needs.
• Create functional specifications and collaborate with developers to deliver technical solutions.
• Analyze business processes to identify and implement operational improvements.
• Manage enhancements and troubleshoot SuccessFactors integrations.
• Provide functional guidance to business and testing teams during testing cycles and approvals.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in SAP HCM.
• Deep expertise in SAP HCM Organizational Management.
• Strong application configuration capabilities.
• Experience writing coding standards documentation.
• Ability to formulate cost-effective solutions for complex requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
