Description

Lead SAP Production Planning (PP) implementations within an S/4HANA environment. Own the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes, legacy MRP functionality, and upstream/downstream systems to define as-is and to-be states.
• Perform requirements gathering, business analysis, and fit-gap/fit-to-standard analysis to identify process gaps.
• Design and develop SAP S/4HANA PP solutions across global sites, ensuring integration with legacy and best-in-breed applications.
• Manage user acceptance testing, cutover activities, data migration, and post go-live support.
• Coach and train teams on SAP PP functions within end-to-end business processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP PP module deployment for both greenfield and brownfield sites.
• Expertise in SAP PP module configuration for Discrete and Repetitive manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience working in an S/4HANA environment.
• Proficiency with SAP IPPE, PPDS, and Variant capabilities.
• Experience integrating SAP with Siemens PLM, other PLM solutions, Kinaxis tools, or MES systems.
• Strong business analysis and consultation skills focused on the SAP PP module.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant SAP Certification.
