You will own the end-to-end solution architecture for SAP C4C Sales Cloud, integrating with IS-U and SOM.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the CX solution blueprint, integration architecture, and governance.
• Provide technical leadership across Fit-Gap, Design, Build, and Testing phases.
• Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders to manage delivery timelines and mitigate risk.
• Design and implement scalable solutions using SAP BTP, CPI, and OpenText DocuSign.
• Lead change management, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of SAP experience, including 8+ years in SAP CX / C4C Sales Cloud.
• Proven experience integrating SAP IS-U and SOM within the Utilities domain.
• Strong hands-on configuration and customization experience across C4C Sales processes.
• Deep understanding of Lead-to-Cash and Service processes specific to Utilities.
• Expert knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP CPI, OpenText, and DocuSign integration patterns.
• Mandatory certification: SAP C4C Sales Cloud or SAP CX Solution Architect.
• Experience operating within agile or hybrid delivery models.

Preferred Skills

• Strong project management exposure covering planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
