Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP SD solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Design and deliver functional solutions aligned with business needs.
• Configure SAP SD modules and support end-to-end business processes.
• Work with SAP Fiori applications and support user adoption.
• Support Commodity Management, Commodity Pricing Engine, and related processes.
• Handle Intercompany Matching & Reconciliation (ICMR) requirements.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Perform testing, issue resolution, and production support activities.
• Prepare functional documentation and provide user training when required.

Experience Required:

• 6-10 years of experience in SAP Functional Consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience implementing and supporting Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Good understanding of SAP SD configuration and functional design.
• Experience working with SAP Fiori applications.
• Knowledge of sales, billing, shipping, pricing, and customer order management processes.
• Experience in testing, user support, and production issue resolution.
• Knowledge of Commodity Management and ICMR is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Education: Any Graduation or Any Post Graduation
