Description

You will support and manage SAP functional processes within a governmental environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute object-oriented analysis and design for ERP applications.
• Manage CRM architecture and CRM Web-UI configurations.
• Support SAP interfaces and integration points across systems.
• Maintain and optimize SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Direct experience with CRM Web-UI and CRM architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
• Proficiency with SAP Enterprise Central Component (ECC).
• Experience with Business Intelligence/Warehouse (BI/BW) or SAP Interfaces.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications.
• Experience working within governmental settings or with FDOR CAMS.
• Background in Child Support systems.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA related certifications.
• Experience with FDOR CAMS specifically.
