Description

You will maintain, enhance, and ensure the functional integrity of SAP systems through rigorous analysis, documentation, and support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform impact assessments for support requests, analyzing effects on cost, resources, hardware, software, and schedules.
• Lead support requests and execute root cause analysis to resolve second-level application problems and break-fix issues.
• Develop functional specifications, workflows, and design documents to describe system functionality.
• Manage the planning, preparation, and release of software updates and new installations.
• Monitor batch processing, resolve aborts, and assist external partners in correcting file irregularities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional SAP consulting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Business Intelligence.
• Experience in requirements documentation and requirements traceability.
• Ability to conduct detailed production analysis and research SAP documentation for fixes and new functionality.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
