Description

You will lead the functional design and implementation of SAP SD/OTC processes for a major project in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Lead business blueprinting workshops and requirements gathering for Sales and Distribution modules.
• Analyze fit/gap scenarios and configure SAP SD to deliver best-practice solutions.
• Manage data cleansing, conversion, and migration of legacy data into SAP.
• Conduct system testing (SIT, UAT), cutover planning, and provide post-Go-Live support.
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions for key users and super users.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of functional expertise in SAP SD/OTC modules.
• End-to-end process knowledge including Sales Order Processing, Pricing, and Delivery.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, data cleansing, and data conversion.
• Ability to perform solution design, system configuration, and testing.
• Strong understanding of integration points between Sales, Production, and Logistics.
• Experience in preparing training documents and leading user training sessions.
• Proficiency in defining reporting needs and data requirements for OTC processes.
