Description

Lead functional support and delivery for SAP HCM, Payroll, and SuccessFactors modules. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP functional teams across HCM, Payroll, and SuccessFactors modules.
• Manage daily ERP operational support, IT service desk functions, and service level agreements.
• Collaborate with technical leads to ensure accurate functional specification requirements.
• Own critical incident management, coordinating resolution parties and stakeholder communication.
• Drive service delivery performance and implement process improvement activities.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of SAP team leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM, Payroll, and SuccessFactors.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams within SAP environments.
• Experience managing service tickets and meeting strict SLAs.
• Ability to own initiatives and mentor team members.
• Experience in major incident review and stakeholder management.
