Lead the global S/4HANA Bluefield implementation and optimize SAP solutions for a pharmaceutical organization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP FICO Profitability Analysis solutions to optimize financial processes.
• Oversee the integration of SAP EPM and SAP PaPM solutions for accurate financial reporting.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for effective solution delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP technologies to stakeholders, aligning with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 15+ years in SAP implementations, including 5+ years in S/4HANA.
• Deep functional knowledge in SAP FI/CO.
• Minimum 13 years of experience in SAP architecture and implementation focused on financial systems.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery.
• Understanding of GxP compliance, validation processes, and regulatory frameworks in Pharma.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, and integration technologies (IDoc, RFC, OData).
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager and data migration tools.
• Proven ability to lead global teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
