Description

Act as the functional expert for SAP HCM payroll within an enterprise ERP environment. Design high-quality functional solutions and provide technical direction to the functional team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver error-free technical solutions with minimal management supervision.
• Resolve complex SAP problems and system issues.
• Manage payroll schemas and HR Cluster tables to ensure accurate processing.
• Integrate SAP HCM with broader ERP modules.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of functional experience with a core focus on SAP HCM payroll.
• Deep knowledge of US taxes and payroll administration.
• Hands-on experience with HR Cluster tables and payroll schemas.
• Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Knowledge of SAP Products, including SAP HANA.
• Familiarity with ABAP, IDoc, SAP FI, and SAP Sales & Distribution.
